When you’re happy to proceed, we’ll confirm your order and production will begin. Every Yris piece is then thoughtfully crafted, carefully inspected, and delivered to your home once complete.

Crafting Time

Because each piece is made to order, production typically takes between two and six weeks, depending on the collection. Estimated lead times are provided at the time of purchase, and we’ll keep you informed throughout the process.

The Arrival

Every Yris piece is made to order and crafted exclusively for you. Once your order is confirmed, production begins with care and attention to detail. We deliver throughout South Africa, and your delivery will be arranged once your piece has passed our final quality inspection.

Aftercare

Our relationship doesn’t end at delivery. Every YRIS piece is thoughtfully crafted using premium materials and made to be lived with. With the right care, it will maintain its beauty for years to come.

To maintain the beauty of your piece, vacuum upholstered pieces using a soft brush attachment, attend to spills immediately by blotting with a clean, dry cloth, and avoid harsh chemicals, prolonged direct sunlight, and excessive moisture.

Each order includes tailored care guidance specific to your selected piece. Should you have any questions after delivery, our team is always happy to assist.

Returns

As every piece is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Should your order arrive with a manufacturing fault or transit damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Terms

By placing an order with Yris, you acknowledge that our pieces are made to order and that lead times are estimates. Full payment, or an agreed deposit where applicable, is required before production begins.
